Before proceeding with registration, please read and provide your consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Circular Materials (CM). CM is requesting that you provide your consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes of managing school property recycling services and to comply with regulatory requirements under the Nova Scotia Readiness Report for Packaging, Paper products and Packaging-Like Products. The information collected may include your school contact name, address, telephone and email address and/or school building related information, and waste management service details. The personal information collected by CM will be stored securely on CM systems and will only be used for the above purposes. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers responsible for recycling collection , and as may be required by law with regulatory authorities. Your personal information will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law, after which it will be securely destroyed and/or deleted by CM. You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@circularmaterials.ca. 1. Enter School Information
Use the table below to enter the address(es) of your school(s).
Include the Civic Number, Street Name, City/Town for each school building.

2. Managing Multiple Schools
If you manage more than 25 schools, please submit an additional form to provide all necessary details.

3. Recycling Collection Details
Current Recycling Collector: Enter the name of the recycling service provider.
Frequency of Collection: Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly).

4. Paper/Cardboard Recycling Information
Recycling Receptacle Type: Select the type of container used for paper and cardboard recycling.
Receptacle Size: Choose the appropriate size from the dropdown menu.
Number of Receptacles: Enter how many receptacles are used for this type of recycling.

5. Glass/Metal/Plastics Recycling Information
Recycling Receptacle Type: Select the type of container used for glass, metal, and plastics recycling.
Recycling Bin Size: Choose the correct bin size from the dropdown menu.
Number of Bins: Indicate how many bins are used for this type of recycling.

6. Identifying the Correct Receptacle Type
Please refer to the images below to correctly identify the type of recycling receptacle. If you are unsure about the receptacle type, consult your contractor or refer to your invoice details.
