Before proceeding with registration, please read and provide your consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Circular Materials (CM). CM is requesting that you provide your consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes of managing multi-family recycling services and to comply with regulatory requirements under the New Brunswick Stewardship Plan for Packaging and Paper. The Information collected may include your building address, telephone and email address and/or building related information. The personal information collected by CM will be stored securely on CM systems and will only be used for the above purposes. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers responsible for recycling collection , and as may be required by law with regulatory authorities. Your personal information will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law, after which it will be securely destroyed and/or deleted by CM. You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@circularmaterials.ca. Instructions for Completing the Chart

NOTE: A Multi-family Dwelling (MFD) is a building or part of a building with multiple separate residential units, like an apartment building or a condo. Property owners or managers of MFD's in New Brunswick who wish to receive curbside recycling services should register. If your building is already receiving recycling collection service through the Municipal residential program, you do not need to register that building.

Please carefully follow the instructions below when entering information for each building in the chart below.

1. Enter Building Information

Civic Number and Street Name: Input the civic number and name of the street where each property is located.

City/Town: Specify the city or town of the property's location.

Postal Code: Enter the postal code for the property's address.

# Units: Enter the number of units within each building.

2. Managing Multiple Buildings

If you manage more than 25 properties, please submit an additional form to provide all necessary details.
