CIRCULAR MATERIALS CODE OF CONDUCT

Circular Materials has adopted a Code of Conduct to govern the actions of the Members. Please review the Code of Conduct below prior to submitting your membership application.
Members Code of Conduct
- Respect the mission, vision and values of Circular Materials;
- Communicate openly, respectfully and constructively.
- Avoid fraudulent or malicious complaints, submissions or other actions;
- Report any concerning behaviours or breaches of the Member code, or the By-laws of Circular Materials;
- Use defined processes and mechanisms to raise comments, issues and complaints;
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Appropriate and respectful use of language and behaviour, contributing to an environment free from discrimination, bullying, harassment and violence;
- Respect Circular Materials' privacy obligations and;
- Participate in the activities and business of Circular Materials with honesty, integrity and good faith.

To become and remain a Member, Applicants must meet ALL eligibility criteria outlined below. Circular Materials will review each submission to confirm that the Applicant meets the requirements for membership.

Upon applying for membership with Circular Materials, you may provide us with personal information regarding your or the Member Representative’s home address, telephone number and email address. This personal information is used only for internal purposes to process your membership application, to contact you or the Member Representative or to distribute Circular Material-related materials in the event that you have identified the personal contact information as your preferred means of contact. NEXT STEPS
1. Applicant submits a signed application to Circular Materials.
2. Circular Materials reviews the application to ensure Applicant is qualified.
3. A Membership Agreement is distributed to the Applicant by Circular Materials for execution. Once Applicant and Circular Materials execute Membership Agreement the Applicant will become a Member.
4. As voting is based on a tiered system, Members will be advised of their number of votes when Notices of Meetings of Members are distributed.
