North Bay - Recycling Cart Request Form

  • RECYCLING CART REQUEST FORM (PRE ORDER)– NORTH BAY 

  • Starting in May 2026, each household in North Bay will receive a standard-issued 360-litre wheeled, lidded recycling cart designed to accommodate a broad range of accepted materials on a bi-weekly basis.  
     
    This request form is intended for residents of North Bay who would like to pre-order a smaller 240-litre recycling cart on a one-time basis. Please complete this form by April 10, 2026.  
     
    For residents who want to receive the standard-issued 360-litre cart, and do not require a change, no further action is required. You will receive your 360-litre cart delivery beginning May 1, 2026.

    Please review the information below before you submit a request form for a smaller recycling cart.

    • Expanded list of accepted materials: With advancements in the recycling system, residents will now be able to recycle more materials such as hot and cold beverage cups, black plastic containers, frozen juice cans, ice cream tubs, deodorant and toothpaste tubes. This expanded list of materials will increase the volume of recyclable materials generated and collected from households.

    • All materials must be inside the cart for collection: All materials must be placed inside the newly issued recycling carts, with the lid fully closed, to be ready for collection pick up.

    • Every Other Week Collection Schedule: Recycling collection in North Bay will remain every other week.

    • Future requests for a second additional cart will not be provided for households who pre-order a smaller 240-litre recyling cart.

    By providing your personal information to Circular Materials, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information by Circular Materials for: (1) purposes of handling your request for a smaller recycling cart (2) permit Circular Materials to share only your municipal address, phone number and email address (and not any other personal information) to its recycling collection operator and/or contractor(s) or cart manufacturer for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of your recycling cart.

    Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

    You consent to the use of your personal information by Circular Materials for the purpose outlined above, and to the disclosure of your municipal address and phone number to the recycling collection operator and/or contractor(s) or cart manufacturers engaged by Circular Materials for the purpose of contacting you directly to determine your specific requirements. This includes ensuring the effective collection of recycling receptacle(s).

    Your personal information will be used only for the purposes described in this consent and will not be disclosed for any other purpose without your further consent, unless required or permitted by law.

    Retention and Protection of Personal Information

    Your personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal requirements. The parties above will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

    • Request corrections to your personal information if it is inaccurate.

    Duration of Consent

    • I understand that I will not be able to request an additional recyling cart in future once I order a smaller 240-litre size cart.
