  • This form is used to register small businesses for the Yukon Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program for packaging and paper products (PPP). It is intended to support eligibility assessment, assign appropriate recycling services, and inform program planning and reporting.

    Businesses that generate recyclable materials in quantities and compositions similar to residential households may be eligible for collection services or depot access beginning May 1, 2027. The information you provide will be used to evaluate eligibility and guide service allocation. Eligibility may be reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with program requirements.
